Overview
Technology cultivated in the development of barium titanate (BaTiO3) is applied mainly for production of perovskite-type oxide shown as ABO3.
In particular, strontium titanate (SrTiO3) can be used as high dielectric and low loss filler for investigations into the modification of dielectric property in high molecular materials and base materials of solid electrolytes and semiconductor ceramics in a similar manner to barium titanate.
