PHSPHINE LIGAND
Nippon Chemical has developed a method for the industrial manufacture of the following chiral and achiral phosphine ligands by synthesizing alkyl phosphine compounds as building blocks.
QuinoxP*
Chiral ligand QuinoxP* is an orange-colored crystal with sufficient oxidation stability that can be handled readily by the customers.
Asymmetric hydrogenation reaction using QuinoxP enables synthesis of chiral α and β amino acids, as well as chiral amines, with high optical purity.

BISPHSPHINE LIGAND
Bisphosphine type ligands are suitable for CO insertion reaction and are typically used in aminocarbonylation in aromatic rings.

These phosphine ligands can be manufactured at kilogram levels on a pilot plant scale and higher. It is a fruit of technology (phosphine technology) that can only be achieved by our company, which manufactures all stages from ingredients (PH3) and intermediates (such as chlorodicyclohexylphosphine) to the final compound.
